On this episode, I talk with Brooke from Brooke Christina Skincare based in Willow Glen. We’re talkin’ all about summer skincare tips! From must-have products to getting naked for 15 mins a day to a sunscreen hack to protect your skin from environmental harm and more…this pod is one you gotta make time for!

Here’s a sneak peek into the summer skincare tips Brooke shares with the #thatvibeSV community….

TIP #1

Have compassion for where your skin is at, give it time to heal and regenerate naturally

TIP #2

Sunscreen, stay between 30 – 50, anything more than 50 is a marketing ploy

TIP #3

Get that D! Many of us, regardless of living in sunny California, are severely low on vitamin D so getting outside is a MUST! The more skin the sun can get the better so if you can get outside naked for at least 15 minutes a day, you’ll be well on your way to improving vitamin D levels. Try taking a 15-minute walk midday after lunch, that’ll do just as good 🙂

TIP #4

Mix a Vitamin C serum in with your sunscreen to help protect your skin from free radicals, and other environmental harm – rebound
