With 6 weeks in the books, Sergio has taken the clear lead in our local “experts” weekly BOLD PREDICTIONS! Sergio predicted Jameis turning the ball over at least twice in week 6 and what do you know not only did he throw 2 picks but he fumbled twice! The fumbles were recovered luckily for Tampa. Even with the turnovers Jameis’ return as the starter in Tampa was a strong first game back.

Meanwhile, the rest of our “experts” didn’t favor nearly as well. Andrew was close with his call of the Eagles getting 35 points but they failed just one point shy of his prediction and Daoud was way off on his call of the KC vs. NE match-up not being high scoring.

This week our local “experts” are back at with hopefully better luck…

Andrew Palmyra of Scott’s Seafood
“Baker Mayfield throws for 350 yards and 4 TD’s against Tampa”

Sergio Oliveri of Oliveri Graphics
“Flacco throws 3 INT’s”

Kevin Cesario of C&C Property Management
“Flacco throws for 5 TD’s”

Sam Kabert of ValueBP Marketing Group
“For the second straight week, Ito Smith out touches Tevin Coleman and in the process scores another TD”

Anthony Daoud of Amy’s
“Eli Manning goes from borderline benched to the #1 QB this week”

Ik Jagait of Playground Pictures
“Rams get their first loss”

Palvinder Jagait of Playground Pictures
“Jameis Winston goes for over 30 fantasy points… again”

ABOUT OUR FANTASY FOOTBALL SERIES

The guys at WhatUp Silicon Valley are (fantasy) football addicts. In fact we’ve been known to credit the birth of the WhatUp Silicon Valley Podcast Network to fantasy football.

The concept of our initial podcast (now known as the “Sam & Serg Show“) came about after the 2016 NFL season had finished. Sam, a daily listener to the “Pro Football Focus” show on SiriusXM radio (and avid fantasy football listener in general), had nothing to listen to since the season was over. Searching for other podcasts, Sam noticed Silicon Valley was lacking a podcast that covered the South Bay professionals, events and overall landscape and future of the South Bay. Sam & Sergio, already good friends from the Silicon Valley Young Professionals, put their heads together and decided to create their own podcast. Now back to football…

Every Thursday of the 2018 season, we’ll be releasing our BOLD PREDICTIONS for that week. The predictions are from the guys behind the podcast and our network. If you’d like to be included in the BOLD PREDICTIONS, just send us a note and we’ll include your call in next week’s post!
